Hampton Inn Memphis-Poplar

I had a REALLY GREAT stay. Fairly clean place and courteous staff, appreciated peaceful location. It was 16 minutes drive to the airport.

Courtesy from the whole staff. Spotless and cheap room with great bed, coffee/tea making equipment, a seating area and a writing table. Comfortable bedrooms, efficient and accommodating staff. The pool area is clean too.

the pool was closed on request of the tennessee health department. our bedroom was across the vending machine and the ice machine room. And the hotel is so close to tue railway that you can think the train blows the horn in your bed.

My boyfriend and I came over 4th of July weekend. The staff in all areas of the hotel went out of their way and were the most friendly. I can't say enough about this place. So glad we chose this hotel and will be back.

I didn't like that we had to leave

Well I booked my room on Booked.net and when I checked in to my room... I was to my room was cancelled .... The staff was still able to give me a room...

I had an early check-in, which was a relief, but the noisy maintenance work ruined my stay. Overall, I wouldn't choose this place again.

Comfy bed, genial staff.

Room 220, wet carpet from air conditioner, no option to change rooms. Woke up with sore throat and headache, possibly mold? Management refunded, no questions.

amazing warm friendly staff, breakfast every day was wonderful! Great beds and pillows, as well as shower.

A mini fridge in the room would've been useful

The customer service there was wonderful, gave what I needed. the facility smelled clean and fresh. Everyone was very nice, room was clean, enjoyed the bed and pillows. The hotel was in a great location.

Didn't have a refrigerator.

The hot water had great pressure. The location was super convenient with tons of restaurants nearby!

Everyone we dealt with were very friendly and gracious.

Courteous staff, clean room, 24 hour coffee in lobby(big plus! Love my joe in the afternoon). The bathroom was attractive and in good repair. Overall a pleasant enough place for the price.

It was loud at times. The hotel is close to a train track and a train passed by several times during the nights we stayed there (3 nights, Fri-Sun). Our air conditioning unit was noisy as well, as were staff and visitors out in the hall. The door must not be very soundproof....
